Nexus Invoicing provides an online platform for creating quotes, invoices, and processing payments. We offer tools for billing workflow automation, customer management, and financial reporting.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and complete
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmitting malicious code or interfering with the platform
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
- Using the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees, if applicable, are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
The Nexus Invoicing platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Nexus Invoicing and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nexus Invoicing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months prior to the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
